The Friends of Lexington Bikeways is a non-profit volunteer organization that promotes and supports biking and the shared use of bicycle routes in and around Lexington, Massachusetts, for transportation as well as recreation.
We meet regularly with the Lexington Bicycle Advisory Committee on the second Thursday of each month. Meetings are open to the public, and all are welcome.
The snow removal from the Minuteman Bikeway in Lexington is paid for by the Friends of Lexington Bikeways through private donations.
Tax deductible donations to the Friends for plowing and our other education, advocacy, and stewardship activities may be made through PayPal or by check to:

Drawing inspiration from events all over the country, like Loopalooza in Davis, CA and CicLAvia in L.A. - the Bikeway Block Party highlights our creativity, showcases our parks and playgrounds, and uses the Minuteman Bikeway to tie them all together.
